Now considering the salt content in Vegemite I'm not too sure how strong those kids are growing but the Aussies are a special case after all

my nephew had eating issues [and a soft mum] and lived on vegemite sandwiches until he was 7
not just 1 or 2 meals a day, he really didn't eat anything else
wouldn't even eat chocolate

Apparently the original recipe had a salt content of 10% which in recent years was reduced to 8%lots of B12 though
