My ducks like mud. So I can say that my ducks will eat anything with mud on it.
Except frogs. They will chase the lizards but they know better than to mess with the frogs.

.....and the dog, he'll eat anything with a squeaker inside.

Now that's an adorable dog! Is it a long haired Chihuahua?

Now that tami isn't around to distract Peter from his work, we may be getting close to some progress pics.

Maybe?

Wouldn't that be the peach? That would indeed be good stuff!

I didn't get the gumption to shoot any pics today, nor did I see much point in it, in the practical/technical aspect.

I'm sure part of it was motivational*, in that it's been gloomy overcast and rainy all day today, and I'm only a few days away from getting the first coat of finish on. So, somehow, I found it a more enticing proposition to just actually work on the mods and make progress, rather than halt that progress to document some visual indication of progress.

So, all I have to offer is these odd little black squigglies → . . . . Progress has been made. I've completed the shaping and tomorrow is magnet day.

* I should mention, that I actually did shoot a handful of pics yesterday afternoon, and found them to be not worthy of publishing. I guess, at that point, I kind of decided to power through a few more days and present something a bit more colorful and pleasing to the eye.

Nah, no pics needed, I already saw them all. :D :p

Please don't reveal info on them. I want mine to be a surprise reveal by the Bee :)

On a side note: How did you manage to leave there after seeing all those beautiful mods?

Everything Peter tells or shows me is top secret...........I'm sayin' Nuppin'!

Tami a distraction? No way. I was always under the impression she was his Muse. ;)

He could have found much better than me for a muse!

Really....if your not his best inspiration and he can find better then who knows what he can come up with. I been given permission to end a sentence with a preposition

Not to be overly punctilious, but, the original and rightful "muse" would still be Vwls. She literally said "you should design your own mod", and then she and I spent much PM with brainstorming. Tami tho, is no doubt the one to thank for Nuppin' V2, muse-wise. That wouldn't have happened were it not for her input and facilitation. Also, of course, the solid Naval Brass (and subsequent all black) topcaps were her idea (and it's ramifications). She also helped me with some behind the scenes calculations and logistics. I do have plenty to be thankful for (and . . . yes . . . . . Kefir too), when it comes to Tami .

I'm shy to post stuff like this↑, because it leaves people out. There's plenty of people who've gone above and beyond, and to whom I'm very thankful. (←check out that solidly implanted preposition, Gil!) . . . . Arnold and Dennis and Drew and Marcus and Uwe and Jim C. and Hollis and Russ and Mark T. and Mark F. and again, I'm leaving ten other people out . . .. like the secret gift-mod ninjas and the V-twin mod ninjas. . . . but I gotta get back to work . . . so I'll go and continue installing magnets and mull over all the other people whom I can thank . . .

So he showed you the V3 prototype?

funny (on account of there's no V3 that I know of), but I did show her the experiments I'd been doing on one of my Nuppin'. I've been testing out some of the theory that circulates . . .

Will the new dibappreciation be compatible with the older v1 dibappreciation? Also how much for the muse? Will it be CA finished or natural? If I ask nicely can I get a matching dorf cap to go with it?

These and other important questions need to be answered by the management.

it's always risky expressing one's appreciation . .. . it can sound hokey. I'm willing to risk a bit of awkwardness and looking a bit like a dorf to say it tho.

. . . . . .

:pervy:
Accepting appreciation is not without it's risks either! Makes one believe they need to be on their best behavior all the time instead of flipping the "B" switch on a dime. Fortunately for me my "B" switch doesn't have a conscience lock. :w00t:

I adored you before Peter and even more now that we've met.
