Been meaning to tell you guys for years already (literally - I just keep putting off - glad to see this forum is still active): pinch I got in 2017 has been daily driver ever since. I don't wanna jinx it or anything but yeah. Biggest regret is not getting two more of each (pinch + OL16). I have no backups apart from a peko that seems... stuck (the button spring must be corroded after being idle all these years).
I should add to that that this pinch rarely leaves the house. If I ever need to travel extensively or whatever, it'd probably be smart to get some other mod.
Should also add: thanks again X-Puppy (and pdib). The song and dance (me pleading with Peter to sneak me in after he'd practically closed shop) is funny in hindsight. Still tragic but funnier now. Tragicomedy.

Really great to hear its one of your daily drivers! They do hold up to daily duty really well. (excluding drop tests)

Going by proliferation of ig posts, I'm wondering if you are also quite fond of it?
actually, yes, I'm liking it very much. I feel like I'm blossoming these days, having found a way of incorporating substantial woodworking into the lamp shtick and finding that I can finally work with wood the way I (probably unconsciously) always wanted to. (rather than having to worry about predicability and consistency, straight lines, etc)

Hellfire are also nice
Both are currently on the boro bandwagon and ignoring squonks. But plenty around secondsies
Hellfire last made cobra x mech 18650 squonk. Venom x was 21700 which are also nice
The squonk craze peaked around 2016 and second hand market will have masses of silver contact 18650 squonk

I've handled one of his. It didn't feel right in the hand to me. I suppose one might get used to it eventually.
