She wanted to put a grow lamp bulb in the living room, and but it was ugly, so I made a pendant to house it and make it acceptable.

It's not horrible after you get used to it. I feel so much better all-around AND I'm down 60 pounds! I have my hubby on 16/8 fasting to help get his A1C down as well. He's more like you. Keeps complaining I'm trying to kill him.i am fasting for a blood test
