I'll have you know, good woman, in the near-20 years I been here, there has never been a raisin in my shop.

In those Nashville shops, the cause of said raisins are non-existent due to the restaurant next door paying such high dollar for them.

yep, the nichrome will go "punch" then as you draw the kanthal will build up giving a layered effect

When you said Nichrome did you mean Ni200?? Or just plain ol run of the mill Nichrome? Perhaps I misunderstood and thought you're combining Ni200 with kanthal

Actually, ni200 can be combined with kanthal. It just throws the readings off a bit in TC but it works.
