I'll attend to the reference thread as I have time. I needed to start the reference thread in order to have a link to place at the beginning of the larger thread. This way, down the road, in 6 months, the most basic information will be right at the surface. I'm not attending to it right now for 3 reasons. (1) I'm typing this response to your quirky and clever opination (2) In the interest of setting the price as low as I can, and still keep it feasible (having the pay be an accurate reflection of the #hrs labor a mod takes), I'm taking the time to assess how many hours really go into it. If you're eager for a price right now, I can set one, personally, just for you. (3) It's actually not urgent. Right now, what's urgent is corralling 10 people so I can get this batch started. So far, I've got 6-8 hours into communications and unanswered PMs and emails and 2 slots left to fill, and ~5 minutes into typing this response.
I'll fill a spot just to keep things moving ya know! I help when I can

I go down the list in order. I send out a number of "pings", but not so many that I have to say, oops, "strike that, reverse it". So, filling is still list based . . .. just sometimes more like culling than filling. Good news is I've waded into the #180s.
