Happy New Year, everyone! I actually made it up until midnight, the first time in probably 15 years! Of course, I took about a 3 hour nap last night, then took a shower and that woke me up good enough to make it to see first, the ball drop, then an hour later, New Year in my time zone. And I just had to. My wife worked her tail off making a special late dinner of beef wellington and a bunch of trimmings

things are flumping along nicely on Batch6 Smalls, as we slide into 2016. I've got a couple days' work left to wrap all that up. I hope to be getting into layout and tossing some shavings by Tuesday. As far as filling in this batch goes, I ran out of time to start new conversations and go through all the "getting to know you" type-style-type-stuff. Fortunately, sheerly by chance, I/we wrapped up all the prep work for someone in batch7; so he'll sliiiide into this January production run and that just leaves one slot a'dangle.

I wonder what that will be. 
Maybe a standard Pinch, for whomever takes a liking to it. Maybe a series doo-lie. Perhaps someone will want one of those. (I'm really enjoying the proto-Punch . .. . I can't be the only one who'd enjoy something along those lines.)
