My Pinch has no nic is sight, it's drug free but even people like me will suffer from the new regs. I managed to get from 3 packs of cigs a day for 30 years to zero nic with the help of ecigs. Does the FDA care? NOPEBecause nicotine is a "drug", and that is "drug paraphernalia"

i'm in the same boat - i use no nicotine anymore. At work i am basically a mobile air freshener and germicide. Nobody there object to me vaping - because they all knew how much i smoked.
But i intend to take no notice of their unworkable decrees anyway because i am essentially a disobedient SOB and the stipulations are unfair.

The elephant in the room has always been that to conflate nicotine with tobacco is a fallacy and the two are not even similar. So we have a situation where it's largely accepted by the medical community that burning and inhaling tobacco is dangerous to health.
We also have evidence spanning 30 years from Sweden for example, that using a smokeless tobacco like Snus confers no extra risk on the users compared to not using it at all. By which i mean 'at a population level'.
Users of snus have a similar level of cancer to non-smokers.
vaping has showed similar promise and apart from extreme lunatics like myself that actually rather like trying to vape red-hot wire, the RCP has said vaping is at least 95% safer than smoking.
They are lying or the FDA is.

Been trying to digest this deeming stupidity and I think you guys are much better off if they ban it altogether rather than regulate it. Nobody stopped drinking because of the prohibition. In Egypt it is banned so we resort to smugglers and unless you have a direct relation with one of those you'll end up paying more than double the list price and sometimes triple the list price. Just go on facebook and search for ecig groups and pages. Take a look at the prices and bear in mind the USD exchange rate is 1=11 on the black market. At the end of the day you can get almost anything that is sold on a website but of course vendors stock up the regular RTAs and RDAs and all the evics and kangers.
