What do you use instead? I find it extremely convenient. Besides...my car's music system is set up this way. It's either the ipod or CDs or a ridiculous USB

What about your iPhone?? iPods are becoming somewhat of a collectors item, keep it in 10 years it will be worth big bucks

Smurf has an Android phone and it holds a ton of music; i know this because every time she goes to the dentist, she puts her earphones in and lies there with her mouth open for an hour and listens.

It's behaviour i have never seen or managed to get her to replicate at home.

I disagree with you Steve. There is still a huge market for ipods and new ones coming out. Not only do they hold more than my phone, they are significantly lighter and easier to conceal. They also can have docks all over the house so I can move my music with me and not bother the rest of the family with it. Plug into car stereoe, etc
