Necessity being the mother of invention, developed my own technique for filling.
Found that some leak and some don't. This one was a leaker.
Note the insurance around the neck of the bottle. Added a wee bit of silicone sealant to the tube with a tooth pick from the top and pulled it in a bit. Again, no bubbles, no troubles.

While I do some reading, here's a side by side of the bottles in question. ( the 8.5's not quite readily available just yet) Makes the Wee' Pinch squonk as easy as she fires.Leaks? So far, no bubbles, no troubles.

i drilled the caps out on the italian lookin bottles so the bigger tubing fits them,after drilling them i chamferd the top and inside the cap so the tubing doesnt get cut.the ones i got from chowder i did the same thing,they had the wimpy lil tubing and i hate that stuff,so drilled them.working great for a while now with all my others i got from tmod tom.As for the Italian bottles Rob has I got about 6 of them from him and they all leaked, so did the one's Peter had and he found a way to mod them so they don't leak.
As for yours not leaking, what can I say must be that Greek weather or the tzatziki juice you vape

you should do what I do. if things get too messy, and I need to take pictures, I just go live in someone else's house.
(kind of a PITA . . . what with all the shop gear n' stuff . .. . and the chickens . .. and the dog . .. and the wife n' kid)

From what I've gathered so far it is from the threads. Most of it is due to not setting the bottle up as per the video, but that was because the video actually came out 2-3 weeks after the bottles hit the market and most people didn't get to see it. I think most find when filling and the excess in the lid gets on things that it is annoying and is why they switch back. I had the same problem with the old Reo bottles only not as bad because there were more threads the liquid had to move through, but if the device was standing vertical during a refill they had the exact same problem. I tend to set mine horizontally when filling nowadays...
