Ate some nice shrimp saganaki today, of course with the usual octopus, kalamari, tzatziki, fried zucchini etc...

I do miss a well made burger (from when i am anywhere but greece) You know how the burger here is. It's just a greek minced meat in between 2 buns.

Traditionally it's an Easter Sunday meal, lamb goes on the spit at 7am and people start drinking while they roast. By lunch time everyone is loaded and doesn't even remember what the lamb tasted like
Well the day every greek does it is easter Sunday.
But well I know few ones who do it 2 times a month or one time. I mean if you have a spit you have to use it.
And eating lamb on the spit outside is just any day food in a taverna really.
And don't forget kokoretsi (internals wrapped with intestines) can't throw anything out you know, crisis [emoji38]
But seriously I don't do lamb but I do eat it outside regularly in the summer in tavernas.
