Real answer: they don't have a policy that discriminates against what you sell; in other words they are not making a judgement about e-cigarettes whereas Paypal changes its terms and conditions and really doesn't want those transactions.

FWIW Google wallet is just another way for HRH to waste enjoy spending money, but it's efficient and means i don't have to send money wrapped in an old sock that the mailman would steal.

As a user of the service, it's free - so you don't have to trudge to a Western Union store and pay a commission.
