i told mum that sister compared it to labour pain, so it must be bad
mum said meh, eldest sister was the only one that she got an epidural just in case. That was longest of 4 at 2 hours of discomfort, other 3 were easy
she agreed that shaz is probably in actual pain though

I take the vitamin D regularly in this corner of darkness. Although we did have another sunny summer.

Yup, I've been taking vitamin D since I left Florida in July and my tan started fading.Friendly Reminder........It's time to start taking your vitamin D and zinc!

Quercetin - check.
Vitamin C - check.
NAC - check (but getting hard to find due to our favorite federal agency)
Also consider low-dose aspirin.
And although I may not BE a horse or a cow, I definitely know people who have them.
