I have been thinking about this. I want to help people quit analogs. Although we are suppose to say that ecigs don't help you quit, they do. So I would give them to five different smokers who are wanting to quit. Then I would give them an ecf card and a Major Smoke card and tell them, "When you quit, and soon go on to a better pv, pay it forward."

This way these five kits may help many more than five people.

I would give them to people that I meet that want to get off analogs. I've come across a few of them. I'm on disability and it hasn't been easy to get my e-cigs. I've passed on my "extras" that I've outgrown to a couple of friends. Other people, don't stand a chance because I don't "outgrow" things easily because of finances.
