I'm lucky to have the sport of roller derby. It has done more for my mental and physical health than I would have ever imagined. It's also trashed my concept of free time and what is socially acceptable in public, but I feel that's a fair trade.
I'm lucky to have found vaping and ECF. The two have worked to get me off cigarettes, which means I get to enjoy all the other things I'm lucky to have that much longer.
