"0" Nicotine

Hi all,

I don't post on here much, I have been vaping for about a year now. I started at 24mg and stayed there for a long time. Then 12mg for a month. Then 6mg for two weeks, Now I am at 0mg now on the second week and doing good. When I switched to 0mg I treated myself to a new Aspire Vivi Nova Clearomizer and a Vision Spinner 2.

Anyone else make the switch to 0 yet? was it hard for you?

I'm anywhere between 0-6mg. Some tanks 0%mg, some tanks 6mg, some a mixture!

Personally I am just gonna keep on vaping 6mg. I have no issue with the nicotine itself especially since I am such a stressy person.

Good for you vstar! Truthfully, I started around 10mg, but I DIY all my juice at 0mg. I have high-concentration nic that I just add a few drops to a tank when the mood strikes me. I would guess I'm in the 6mg ballpark and am perfectly happy with it. Like Darkly, I don't know that I'll ever go completely 0mg - all I care about is that I haven't lit a cigarette in over seven months now

Honestly you shouldn't feel too bad about it. the chinese dude who first made the commercial e-cig didn't advertise it as a quitting product but as a replacement for sigarettes. people just have been using it alot to quit everything.

I use 0 if I am having busy day and wear a patch or if I have used too much am feeling my heart race.

Congrats to you vstar1100 at lowering and I hope you have no problems. I am not as concerned with the nicotine I suppose because I just raised my nic level. I never thought I'd say this but I think I am more addicted to vaping than I ever was cigarettes.

No, sadly. I got down to 6mg but have had a bad time recently, so bought a few 12mg.

Welcome to ECF! Grats on getting yourself down to 0 nic. I started out with 36-38nic. I'm now down to 24. Thinking within the next few months to drop another level. Who knows, time will tell
