Welcome I hope you can find what you want. Buy 100 mg/ml I'd suggest. It will dilute your juices less.

Welcome to ECF, LilJay. Get some 24 mg/ml nic juice at the same or as close as possible to the PG/VG ratio of your 0mg juice. Mix those 50/50 (volume or measurement wise) and you'll end up with twice the amount at 12 mg/ml. Note that if you use an unflavored 24, you'll still wind up with 2x the amount, 1/2 the nic, AND 1/2 the 'flavor'. Using a flavored 24 will give you probably most all the 'correct flavor', as the increased nic level might affect the flavor somewhat..
Not entirely true – couple of vape shops here in Toronto also deal with DIY ingredients including the sale of nicotine.
@LilJay – not sure where you are located, but there could be restrictions on how and or how much nicotine a consumer is able to acquire. Where ever you are, ensure you are complying to your local laws.

A small 100ml bottle of 100mg/ml nic will last you a long time. If you are stocking up for a possible FDA restriction on nic purchases you can buy a liter and break it up into smaller glass bottles for the freezer.

@Punk In Drublic Oh to live in Toronto/Mississauga, the place where everything I buy online seems to ship from. You must be the happiest person getting one day delivery or local pickup on everything. When I buy I've always got to wait until next week.
Living in Toronto which has quite a sizable vape market does have its benefits. I can stand at my front door, throw a rock in any direction and hit one of at least a dozen vape shops. However, the downside to this is our out of control real estate market is driving the cost of products up or driving retailers out!
I’ve shopped at Gas City a few times out of Medicine Hat. Despite being what seems like the other side of the planet (to Toronto), their shipping has always been quick. Punk approves!
When i went to smoke shop the guy made me from 0mg to 6mg just by couple drops. I want this kind of nicotine, which u add just couple drops and thats it, i dont want to double my liquids, cuz they gonna taste loow

They said nan, the guy he just added couple drops into it. It was 3mg 100ml bottle and he made it 12mg by adding like about 10-20 drops

When you receive your nicotine, if you are still having problems or issues, please do not hesitate to post another thread/topic.
If you only have a few bottles of 0mg/ml, you may not need more than a few ml of 100mg/ml or stronger base.
The "shots" from here (Concentrated Nicotine Solution Packets | Liquid Nicotine) my be a solution for you until you use all the 0mg/ml. (unless you plan to continue to buy 0mg/ml juice with the intention of adding nicotine)

If the store guy only added 10-20 drops (approx 1ml) the nicotine strength used would need to be close to 999mg/ml (Dangerously Pure).
You would need 4ml of 250mg/ml or 10.25ml of 100mg/ml to increase your 100ml @3mg/ml to 12mg/ml (Total ml would be ~110.)
