No it's not safe to use on the eGo battery. Even at 3 volts, it's drawing 3 amps. I believe the eGo batts are good to 2.5A. At 4 volts, you're drawing 4A.

I also think something is wrong with that battery circuit board. It should not let you fire it at 1 ohm. If that battery vents, the eGo can explode. It does not use IMR Li-ion batteries which are the ones that do not vent with flame.

My vision spinner will fire down to 1 ohm as well. I can't imagine the internal battery being ideal for that kind of drain. You may find your ego doesn't last very long being used that way.

Outside of firing some things on a protected mod first. I don't use my VV3 or spinner to fire low resistance coils as it's basically abuse.

The ego batteries are not designed to fire coils less than 1.5 ohms, and that's really pushing it. 2.0 ohms is safer and will perform better on the ego.

As Ryedan warned, ego batteries are li-ion ICR type batteries, not IMR high drain batteries. Should they go into thermal runaway they have been known to vent fire and to explode.

Thank you for the info, I was not planning on using it on the eGo, was just wondering if it would be safe. Most all of the coils I build for the T3s are 1.5 and higher, or I don't use them. Thanks again, was just making sure.

Very glad you asked the question and even more glad you understood the answers you received. happy vaping friend, just be safe and spread that around as much as you can and then you can enjoy without doubt. 20% more vapor isn't worth any risk, especially if you are getting the nic you need to be satisfied.

Some are blowing big clouds and it seems to be a competition, but there are more important things in life. If you take the time to do it safely, compete away, but be careful this isn't a video game where there are no consequences.
