first I ordered started out on a southbeach smoke ecig, then ordered a echo, to impatient on the mail, found a
local vendor in socal, and bought a ego-t, which collected dust due to the leaking tanks.
echo arrived, but the echomizers were huge for tasting flavors, so read about cartomizers and have been enjoying them on my ego, with the echo filled for the night out on the town.
I am thinking of upgrading to either to a kgo, buzzpro, or provari with some tanks, so I can vape while working .
hopefully this will stop my shopping spree besides the juice collection.

any thoughts or recommendations.

already sold off my southbeack ecigs after numerous of interested people trying my ego out.( there goes my backups to my backups to my backups)

I'm a Buzz fan at heart. The ProVari is nice but it's a heavy mod which was it's downfall for me. Plus it has more bells/whistles than I need. It's like buying a new car...the more crap in it...the more that can go wrong. The Buzz is simple to use and has a good warranty. For a durable, lighter weight VV mod, the BuzzPro.

From a purely economic standpoint (which is where I tend to start because I stand on the point of being economically broke) I'd start by getting a couple of good dripping attys & drip tips for testing juices. I like the 306, one LR & one SR, and they're compatible with a 510 battery connection. Haven't tried them yet but the Ciscos get good reviews; IkenVapes are great but they've been out of stock lately. Anyway unless you're jonesin' for a variable voltage PV I'd suggest exploring the capabilities of your existing gear first. Beyond that I have to say hairball knows some serious stuff and I'd pay special attention to that post. Happy Vaping!

All down to personal taste and circumstance but I have to say that variable voltage is working great for me. Haven't tried the buzz but loving my provari. Still use my ego-T with cartos when I'm out and about but for pure vaping pleasure at home the provari is never out my hand!

Here's a decent couple of vids which you may have already seen, but if not might help.

And one for the provari.

If you want to go variable voltage for as cheap as (reasonably) possible, I recommend the LavaTube: about $50 for just the mod and expect to spend another $30 to $40 on a couple of GOOD batteries and a decent charger. Note that there are people who report quality control issues with the LavaTube, so you may or may not be pleased with one. I just think for $50, it's worth taking a chance.

If you are willing to spend $160 to $200+ , I can all but guarantee you will be pleased with a Provari. I have a Satin Finish one and I love it. Built like a tank, much better voltage regulation than the LavaTube and will take an AW IMR 18650 2000mah battery with a $20 extender cap.

The Pila charger is also recommended if you are going to go high end w/ IMR batteries.

Mom and Pop Vapor Shop sell (make?) tanks for about $12. I really like them because they sell them with good cartos and they have a fill port so you don't have to remove/move the carto to fill it. The J-Tank from ElectronicStix is a bit larger and perhaps (only time will tell) more study. J-Tanks run $20 IIRC.

HH.357 Long Barrel 510 atomizers from Avid Vapor are great if you want to experiment with dripping or a juice feeder system.
They are $22/each, but IMO, they are worth it. They are not for tanks.

For the tank, Boge cartos are what I use. I've heard good things about SmokTech cartomizers, but have only had the chance to vape one a couple times and it seemed just as good as my Boge. Just

I hope that helps.
