Hello All,

So I just dropped about $500 on new gear, and I'm really hoping it's worth it. My ecig adventure began with the Logic Black Label menthol disposables. I liked them but they were too inconsistent and short lived. Then about a month and a half ago I got an ego C (non twist) starter kit, and it's been ok (when the atty isn't flooding or I'm getting burnt taste) but I know there's got to be better. I've been smoke free since the day I got my ego. So I'm now waiting on my new Provari to be shipped. I ordered it with some atomizers, cartomizers, drip tip, battery extender, cartomizer tanks, charger, (everything from provape) etc... and I also got an ego c twist with clearomizers for backup. So aside from all the praise that's given to the Provari for construction, looks, etc.. am I going to notice a big difference in the taste/hit, less flooding/burnt taste? I've noticed that the flooding usually occurs when I'm out drinking because I want to hit it like a cig. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to ECF. The problem with your original Ego-C PV wasn't the PV itself but the atomizer/ cartridge delivery system as they're prone to leakage. Could've have ordered cartomizers or clearomizers to solve the problem. Yes you will definitely notice a difference with VV BUT will have to find your sweet spot with diff juices at diff voltages.
Good Luck.

I gotta agree with Vapoor eyes er on this. It's ALL juice/voltage/wattage/delivery systems. My fav juice wasn't quite right on any eGos I have (I have about a dozen with different delivery systems). So I took the plunge and ordered both a Provari and a cheap Chinese knock off. The Chinese thing came in first and I had that dialed in within about 2 hours - had to mod a vivi nova tank though - it vapes like a beast. Best vape I've ever had. Then the Provari showed up. Great device but I couldn't dial it in quite right. The Chinese thing dialed in at 3.0 - 3.2 v while the Provari tasted "ok" at 4.2, but at 4.3 had kinda a burning taste. However, the Provari is better at low nic, high flavor combinations at higher voltages.

This REALLY is an adventure where you experiment with different things for different occasions and eventually, you'll find your perfect sweet spot for what you're looking for......

There IS no magic bullet for everyone..........

Thanks for the input. With everything I have ordered I should be able to figure out what works best for me, and from there I'll order higher quality than what's on provapes site. I know I don't like the delivery system of my ego c starter kit. It looked very simple in the beginning, but it's become a pain. Seems like every 10th hit or so leaves me with that super nasty burnt taste. I wish I would have just got the Provari to begin with. Now I have to wait for it:closedeyes: Now I'm really looking at the surge tank or something similar. I'd ideally like to have a setup with nothing that can burn (wicks).
