1.3 ohm too low?

I just built a micro coil for my Protank II and it's at 1.3 ohms. Will a 1100 mAh c-twist handle it?

This chart may help you. Input two values such as ohms and mAh and it will tell you where you stand. Then decide if it falls within the specs of your mod.

Thanks bones. If I read that right, at 1100 mAh and 1.3 ohms, I'd have to run at 1.3 volts. C-twist doesn't go that low. I'm gonna have to try again with a larger diameter coil.

Currently at 11 wraps of 28 awg at 1/16" diameter. Anyone think a 5/64" diameter would get it up over 1.5 ohms? I don't think I have enough room for another wrap in this head. Next purchase will be 30 awg, but I want to at least use this stuff up.

I'd say 1.3 is just slightly lower than I'd be comfortable with. Egos, AFAIK, shouldn't be pushed too much passed 2.1 amps. 1.4 would be the lowest I'd go. You can wrap around a larger diameter to get more wire out of it. I would order some 30 AND 32 gauge wire. buy it from Temco (Google temco wire). They sell it dirt cheap with free shipping.

Edit: I think you used that calculator wrong. You know your volts and your resistance. Not sure where you got 1.3v. The common rule I've heard is resistance +2 = voltage setting. Like 1.5 ohms would run good at 3.5 volts.
