1.5 Ohms on an Ego?

Why I asked is that one of the e-go knock-offs I have won't even fire an rba w/an </= 1.5 coil. Weird.

It's pushing the limits.

Way back (like a year or two...lol) we used to recommend avoiding them. Then there was a design change (theoretical) and they seemed to hold up. Still rumors about stressing it.

The real problem is when the coil shorts....it's bye-bye eGo. But that could be true for any ohms, so.....

That's how I quit da 'bakky! In fact, I still take a 1.5Ω eMDDC atop an eGo batt out fishing/boating.

As to vapor production, I'll sit with any vaper using a clearo and vape 'em out!

I will say that I do prefer a 3.7V eGo batt vs. a 3.2V with a 1.5Ω device. That's da combo I start out my v-verts with (38 to date).

Regardless, to answer your question, go fer it!
