im a heavy use of the vivi nova mini model...its a great tank that wicks well and never ever leaks.....not once...ever

however, the heads are almost always not even close to what is etched on them i had a 1.8 ohm meter at 2.3

a 2.8 metered at 3.2 and so on

i would not recommend the nova to anyone without variable voltage...at least until they can up their quality control standards...good luck

Another day with the kanger t3's and I must admit... they are growing on me. Not so much because they vape any better than the nova, cuz they dont, I do prefer the vape of the nova. But... Being able to put 3ml into my kanger, and not needing to refill till its almost gone, is huge for me. No fiddling, turning, etc... just vape it! The only thing I dont like about it, is the fact that its just not as good on the standard 650mah batt as it is on the twist. That lil extra voltage, does make a big difference! Its still vapable on the 650, just not as nice and full a vape as on the twist at 4v.
The c5 I think is not even on the same planet as the t3, or nova.... But again, Ima let it "break-in" and see how I like it after a couple tanks have been run through it.

This was an awesome thread for someone learning. Thanks to all who shared, even if it was for the OP, the rest of us learned a lot.

Reading the trade offs and trouble shooting as they progress is very beneficial. I have an eGo-C Twist with Vivi Nova on the way as my first PV and I know I'll love it as soon as I figure it out. I will be referring back to this thread and maybe even advance ordering a few of those Kangers as I get my set up dialed in.

Right on.
I'm still loving the t3's, but the nova just has more flavor, and a warmer vape.
I just got my 1st order of 32g kanthal a1, and some silica wick, and have successfully rebuilt one nova head, one t3 head, NAD my ce5. My nova head is now 1.8ohm(metered 2.4 before) and its just awesome on a standard 650mah ego. The kanger head now meters 1.7ohm and is much better than the 2.5 it registered before. The ce5 metered fine before, but I kept having dry/burnt hits and gurgling, so I rewicked and coiled it, still 1.8ohm, but a slightly larger wick, and it still sucks..lol its just gonna b backup at this point.
So... If going with a nova or t3 on standard ego batteries, I suggest going with the lowest ohm possible. The 2.5' and 2.8's perform fine in a twist tho.
