#1 - Why when I first wake up in the morning and start vaping I can barley handle a small vape without coughing but once I take a good 6-8 drags I can take monster lung hits without any coughing.....

#2 - In general doesn't more vapor = more flavor? I have yet to experience a big cloud that didn't have just as much flavor as anything else (unless its a burnt hit) every YouTube video I watch and everything I read people talk about flavor vs vapor but it seems to me they go hand in hand......If not can someone give me a scenario or build where I would be able to see this hype in action? I have tried multiple builds in KFL+ and Atomic rda and to me more vapor = more flavor lol

Yes i believe everyones a little sensitive in the morning. I used to use a lower strength morning vape, but now i just take tiny puffs until im good.

Id say more vapor density = more flavor, and warmer vapor is also more flavorful. Denser vapor leads to bigger clouds so basically. More flavor in your juice tho always = more flavor, ive had some that are just intense! Not my thing

I never have a problem in the morning vaping, but then again my ste up is still an SVD with a KT3 topper. I'm slowly moving to mech mods, which I am told, depending on the topper can hit a lot harder.

The more vapor/more flavor debate is an ongoing one. There are those that say the best flavor comes from using a coil at sub ohm levels. I've always found that quality juice produces the best flavor.

Yeah but does anyone know the reasoning behind why once you start vaping the coughing totally disappears? Its very strange......

So your basically saying yes more vapor/more dense vapor does always = more flavor.... I mean just for example watching RIP TRIPERS youtube video reviews are funny because he always has to take another hit to "Rate" the flavor vs "Vapor" like dude you just took a hit could you not taste it when you were testing for how much vapor?? lol....

I don't think this is abnormal. I think this is just your body getting adjusted first thing in the morning. I started to drink a cup of coffee before having a vape and that really helps.

I have tried multiple builds in KFL+ and Atomic RDA and to me more vapor = more flavor lol - In my experience, not at all. More vapor is just more vapor, not more flavor (again, just my experience). In fact, whenever I take too big of a drag (a lot of vapor) it tastes worse than a standard drag. Flavor is almost entirely based on the atomizer I use and they way I wicked my coils. If I wick a dual nano coil the same exact way as a single macro coil I see no difference in flavor, but when wicked differently there is a huge difference. It's all about the build and atomizer I am using for me.

Take your build and atomizer and coils etc out of the picture. Lets say you have your perfect setup that gets great flavor the more vapor you get from that build the more flavor you are going to get weather its overwhelming you or not and you don't like it because it tasted worse then a standard drag... I am still failing to see how vapor production and flavor don't go hand in hand taking all of the other factors out of the equation like what kind of juice or build your currently using.

Yup, same here. I take a few smaller hits at first.

No argument here. Now I only go down to around 0.5 ohms so I don't know first hand about more power than that. With my builds more vapor always gives me more flavor. Small air chambers do the same thing without the vapor production. I think that concentrates it more. Combine the two and flavor goes through the roof.

Unless you're not set up right and are burning juice, in which case your flavor is going to be trashed.

VG is great for loads of vapor but a poor carrier for flavor while PG is poor for vapor but a better carrier for flavor. In other words a mix done with 100% VG will produce more vapor but give less flavor than the exact same mix with 100% PG. It's up to you or your supplier to find a happy middle ground and that suits your vaping.

So, to scientifically help you understand waking and vaping;
Your body when you're sleeping slows down every process, to include breathing. You take shorter breaths when you sleep as a result. You're doing that makes your lung capacity shorten only for the time you're asleep. When you wake up and take deep breaths (usually right when you wake up) you do so to restore your regular capacity. So vaping in the morning would cause you to cough a little at first.

As for more clouds equals more flavor, well lots of things factor in there. Type of coil build, type of ejuice (VG/PG) and amount of flavoring in the ejuice, type of wick etc etc.

OK so that's just the type of juice variable but you bring up the first valid point however that same juice will still have more flavor the more vapor you get from it....

Probably if we hooked a PV up to a machine but in real life it just doesn't seem to work out that way. :ohmy:
