I got my DSE901 last week and so far i am pretty happy with it... but the cartridges are not lasting as long as I had liked, do not think there is a problem, just the fact I am using it more than I had planned.

I was thinking of buying e-liquid and blanks as I want to keep the costs down. Can anyone let me know if it is worth while doing this or should I just stick to the pre-filled cartridges?

Definitely do it...

I picked up blank Boge cartos, and a nice selection of tobacco & other flavors and its a noticeable improvement...
The soft rubber end (easy to remove for filling) allows you to top off cartos which are tapering off in flavor..

Just remember to fill at least 20 drops from empty... After that, you will start to be able to tell as it tapers off. Then just top off as needed & clean periodically... Initially I packed (3) cartos to work which I prepared each prior night... Now I just bring a small bottle to top off as needed through my work day...

Its always a good idea to have a spare though, incase of atty failure.

Look into cartomizers and yes eliquid. It's cheaper, the cartomizer makes your pv a two piece unit eliminating the need for an atomizer, and they're easy to fill especially if you use the comdom method which there are several videos out for. Little muss, little fuss and you don't have to refill as much.

I would keep your atty and carts for trying out new flavors. When you like a flavor load it up in your carto and vape away. Boge cartos are very popular. I'm not sure where the best place to buy the Boge's would be.

I'm using these from madvapes. They're inexpensive and I've been using two for a little over a week so far and they're both working fine. I gave 3 to my daughter they come in packs of 5.

Bauld, just another tip & another reason not to ever really have to buy any dry cartridges. Whenever you buy a new atomiser it usually comes with a blank mouthpiece attached that can be stuffed with blue foam & then filled with e-liquid. You can also re-stuff your old cartridges with blue foam (Paradise vapes sells it) - it wicks better than the stuffing already in cartridges.

Oh & you may like to try a drip tip for direct dripping :)

My first ecig a long time ago was a DSE-901. I wanted to try it out. Boy has the world of juice changed. Definitely get carts and juice. That's coming from someone who is trying to find "their juice" too. Also random question anyone. Does the nicotine mg make vaping "harsher"? I tried a boring ole cheery flavore and the harshness of it on me was unappealing.. :( Please enlighten me.... :)
