Its been one week off the analogs. It feels great!! Also, I got one of my friends off of the analogs. She is now using a vape cig. We went to the local store this weekend and got her a kit.

your first week off cigarettes is amazing.7 days without a cig is hard even when using a PV its so hard to break free from smoking.

It's a weird feeling not always having a lighter in my pocket. Now when people need a lighter and they look to me, I've got nuthin'.
