100 Days and Counting

It's been 100 days since I last lit up a smoke. It's been difficult at times but without the vapor I would not have been able to accomplish this. I am glad that I found ECF, without you guys I would still be puffing on a cig. I do have to say there are times when I was Jonesing bad but I picked up the vapor and that releived the stress.

Congrats with each passing day it gets a little easier but it's, IMO not a strait line on a graph more of a bell curve. For me the first 3 months were the hardest.
