Congrats to all of you who have passed a milestone! It is hard but gets a lot easier as time passes. Hang in there and we will celebrate your one year aniversary! If you slip on a Holiday or have a true crisis..the it doesn't count! You jump right back on the the wagon and just roll on!

Yeah I agree with MK. Don't beat yourself up for having a cig after that Saw. I still have nightmares of putting my kitty to sleep at the vet (9+ years ago). I cannot imagine what your subconscious is doing to you but I am glad that kitty isn't suffering anymore.
