I believe you can select 100% VG at FreedomSmokeUsa on any of their tobacco juices.
My mistake. I just checked and the RY4 is only available in 50/50. Maybe if you call them they will custom mix it for you. They are good people to do business with.

FreedomSmokeUSA will mix most anything custom. Most of their juices used to have a pulldown where you could select the mix level. That seems to be gone. Most are 50/50 . Email them and see if they will still custom mix. You can also add a splash of flavor for free.
