100% VG Area

i think the DIY e-liquid forum could use a 100% VG area. or maybe a 100%VG category with its own DIY section.. However you want to do it.

There are MANY people that can only/would rather use VG.

If there is enough interest we can open a 100% VG DIY forum - but if there is only going to be one or two threads it just makes navigation that much more difficult. I'll take it under advisement and see how it goes.

im not sure of it needs to be a DIY specific forum, probably just 1 forum for 100% VG that would include all topics for starters.
