After some consideration, I have decided that flash point may make a difference but exactly the opposite to what kreator has decided.
since the flash point is the basically the point at which the liquid becomes a vapour and leaves the hot surface, its then going to cool down .. no part of 'flash point' involves it turning into something else, its not reacting .. its simply leaving the heat source ..
flammable liquids need a way to leave the surface .. and THEN another heat source to ignite them that is a great deal above the flash point .. perhaps a poorly wound atty could do it if the heater gets very hot, yet to see a flame on an atty though even with shorted genesis devices with bright orange heater.
