There are very few 100% VG flavors and what is available is hard to find and you are limited in flavor selections in whats out there. Most flavors are in PG so you will never get to 100% VG unless you use VG flavoring and don't need to thin it with distilled water to wick properly. The good news is you can mix high VG vapes using any recipe you find. What you have to understand is the basics of mixing your base. You start with a mostly VG base like a 90VG/10PG (The PG would be the flavoring). You may have to add Distilled water to thin it to wick properly so that percentage would be added to the PG. So for
example:

you start with 85% VG
you add 10% PG flavoring
Then add 5% water to thin it

And you wind up with an 85VG/15PG mix. The more PG flavoring you add the lower the VG content for Example:

you start with 80% VG
you add 15% PG flavoring
Then add 5% water to thin it

then you wind up with an 80VG/20PG mix.

You can adopt any recipe you find using the above basic mixing method. It's as simple as that.

Arg.. It does help thanks.. I've purchased nicotine in vg and some flavors with vg.. The selection of flavors is what is really killing me though. I was hoping someone had made a proper list without me having to search through and such.

A question... would the pg % = the dw %? Like, if I do manage to find a recipe with the 100% flavors would I dilute it to make a 70/30, (which is what I usually vape at, 70vg and 30pg) or would the max percent of dw only ever work at 5% due to... science and things?

I'm ok with max vg rather then 100% vg, but I'm mixing for a friend and she is super super sensitive to pg.. She claims her face breaks out every time she vapes with anything less then 100% vg.
