100% VG Thickness

Hey guys, been looking around but im reading that 100% VG is very thick, is it too thick to be dripped into a 510-T? Do i need to dilute it or something before dripping it straight in?

VG is very thick, true. If you're direct-dripping, this is not an issue at all. If you're using a 510-T, I can tell you that 100% VG will work, I've done it, but it may require periodic cold draws (take a hit without activating the battery) in order to keep the coil wet since it won't wick as fast as thinner juice. Or you can thin your juice a little bit with distilled or de-ionized water (vodka and grain alcohol are also used by some people), 5-10% should be sufficient without affecting flavor or nic strength too much

If you are dripping you are fine using the 100% VG. However, for your tanks I recommend Virgin Vapor | Electronic Cigarette Organic e-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes the lady who owns it Annette makes her juice thin enough it doesn't clog your tanks or your atty. You can also ask her to thin it for a tank system as well but its thin enough on its own you really don't have too!

I have never had any problems with Bobas Bounty 100%VG in a 510 carto.

thanks a lot guys, is the thickness with 100% VG very different to one of 60% PG and 40% VG? Will the vapor produce be much less in the 40% VG? Its for my friends birthday and all he wants to do is play with smoke and have a nice flavour lol

Just wondering if the smoke difference is a lot.

Yeah the vapor produced will be less if its 40%. To be honest though when I was vaping pg/vg mixed I couldn't really tell too much of a difference but it was there.

The more VG in the more vapor out. VG flavor will be softer yet sweeter, at least for me it is. Some VG's are not as thick as others. I use now foods VG at 100% less flavors and will warm it up a little for the initial carto fill but not on refills and it wicks just fine for me.

I vape nothing but a blend of straight VG, (from Essential Depot), cut with 25-30% PGA. (Pure Grain Alcohol). VG is thick, even backs up a funnel with an half inch hole in the bottom. Sometimes I cut it as much as 50% of each. I'm now Nic free. I forgot to add the Nic in my blend about 3 weeks ago. Ever since then I've been Nic Free. I only use clear cartomizers or tanks. JMHO

What you you mean by dripped? Normally tank attys are not used for dripping. Dripping is using a drip tip on an atomize, normally a standard atomizer though I think some have dripped by removing the spike plate of a T atomizer. Not recommended at all on automatic batteries or any battery with an open hole into the battery on the threaded end.

Re VG, VG can be dripped. You just need patience to let it get to the coil especially if it is a very thick VG. Some vendors pre-dilute VG with some distilled water to make it flow a bit better.
