1000 MAH Ego twist and charging

I have read that the center pin in the ego is Positive well my ego charger I ordered is not here yet and wondering if this charger I have will work. I tried searching and didnt find much to helpful. This is my charger it came with my firefly. It is a 4.2v output and 420Mah but I cant seem to find the polarity. Any help appreciated.

That's the one. Just buy USA. My 1000mAh Twist is charged in about 3hrs. using an AC adapter. Make sure you get a higher milliamp adapter for this rate. The adapter I got with an eGo kit takes about 12hrs. I've never used the computer to charge. But real satisfied with the AC.
