1100mAh Ego Battery Dud?

My friend's mother bought an 1100mAh Ego battery from MV last week and it doesn't seem to be taking a charge. Out of the box, she only gets about 3-6 puffs out of it before it starts flashing. She puts it on charge and it takes over 9 hours for the light on the charger to turn green. Then it only works--very weakly--for 3-6 puffs. She's using an Ego charger that is working for her other batteries, but this one just doesn't want to charge.

If it's an eGo charger it should only take about 3 hours but if it's a 510 charger (they look the same) 9 hours sounds about right..she should check to see if it's just locking as the newer eGo's have a lock feature when you press the button 5x somewhat quickly it locks/unlocks and gives 3 flashes of the light when you do it.

Sounds like there might be something wrong with it though and she should submit a ticket here~>Madvapes Help Desk - Submit a ticket..she needs to make sure to give all the info she can about the issue so they can help..if they think it's bad I'm sure they will replace it...

It is a Riva charger and I did walk her through the 5 clicks but it still only works for a few puffs and then flashes and quits. I'll have her open a support ticket.
