It's been a year since I threw away 3/4 of a pack of Marlboros after taking a couple of puffs on my Joye 510.

I have not smoked a cigarette in 365 days.

I haven't missed smoking cigarettes.

My lungs are clear and (I assume) pink.

I can climb stairs.

I can walk long distances while carrying heavy equipment.

I can vape in places where smoking is prohibited.

I have saved about $1,700.00 by not feeding my pack-a-day tobacco habit. (I have spent a considerable amount on e-cigs, accessories, and juice, but I'm still miles ahead.)

I have never been able to avoid tobacco for more than a couple of months at time. After removing the last "Stage Three" nicotine patch, I'd head down to the convenience store for - ugh - another pack of cigarettes.

So... after a year...

I'M FREE!!!

(And 1000 Thank You's to Cignot.com!!!!)

YIPPIE!!!!
