We are on 849, but there are some orders in the lower numbers awaiting a flavor or two we may have run out of etc. I'll try and be more informative on orders numbers. Also, usps has been delaying packages, not an excuse just saying. There have been several we have shipped that sat at the post office for almost a week before delivering and that was with priority mail flat rate.

We understand how frustrated everyone is. We know if we were in your position we would feel the same way. We really are doing the best we can to catch up. We started out from 10-20 orders a day to hundreds a day. We should have been better prepared I agree. We didn't know joining here and being on vapor joes would make us blow up like this. If anyone wants a refund I'll gladly refund. We are all very sorry everyone has had to wait. It is suppose to only take 3 days to process and it'd taking us much much longer.. we are not here to scam anyone or rip anyone off. I understand everyone's concern with customer service and we will get that fixed. We are learning and fixing our mistakes. We don't want anyone upset with us. We are in the upper 800s on orders and they are going out as quickly as we can get them out. If you can't wait any longer I'll give you a refund if you would like. It's hard for us to email answer calls etc and still crank out orders. We get tons of them and it keeps us from fulfilling orders, so we will for sure hire someone just to answer phone calls etc as well. Bare with us guys, I know we keep saying that but honestly we are doing the best we can. Our goal was to be the cheapest e juice supplier but have great quality and customer service as well. We have failed, and will do what it takes to earn your business again once we get all the bugs worked out. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong has for us, but we are sticking together to keep to our goal, it's just taking some adjustments and some time. Again, we are really sorry everyone!

I just want the juice at this point and if it takes a 2 weeks, a month or 2 months so be it. I'm willing to wait that long if necessary and the product is good. I can understand starting up a new business since I have started 3 in my life. :2c:
 
So another 6 weeks just to catch up to order 2000. If they reopen they will definitely sell more than 33 orders a day, so will just keep getting further and further behind.

I was really sympathetic to there problems until i saw that. No store should go online if they only have the ability to mix 33 orders a day. It sounds even worse when you consider that they have at least 3 mixers. So each mixer is only mixing 11 orders a day.

Last week, on the 6th, they were on the 600's. So it took them almost a week to do 200 orders. Yikes.

I know they are having problems, but they could at least send people status updates. I really don't care if they have to bring someone's wife or a temp data entry person to handle what I consider a required process and/or courtesy.
 
Order 658 still awaiting fulfillment. Its bs that they are offering refunds because I have sent 2 inquiries about my order asking for a refund if the order wasnt going out soon with no reply. If what they are sayong about just waiting on a flavor is true and itll go out before the weekend then id rather just get the juice but dont claim you are giving refunds when you arent even giving email responses.

My number is 1543. But that's okay. I reordered the 120 ml of Tigers Blood and I know it is worth the wait!!!

I think I would rather them keep filling orders than giving me an update. I already know there is a back log, I read it here.

I thank you SoonerFan01 for posting the issue in here. For me, that is enough. Keep up the great job!! Build the business to handle the volume. I have tried 9 of your flavors, all great, and will be a returning customer.

A few months down the road, all this will be forgotten, your juice quality will keep you in business for sure!

3 plus 1 still up?

I'm not sure donwuan ... the site was open last night for testing, and it still showed 120ml for $9 .... even without the 3 plus 1 pricing it's a heck of a deal.

BUT .... In my humble opinion, Lucky 7 would be making a pretty bad business decision if they didn't stop taking orders untill they started to catch up on their back orders .... and even THINKING about another sale at this time would be pure insanity.

you folks are correct. we are not doing another special until we are caught up. our shipment of more supplies came this morning and we are rocking to get them out asap! once we get caught up we will have an even better sale than last time, BUT we will be prepared with plenty of supplies and people to fulfill the order. We are learning as we go and will do whatever it takes to fix our mistakes.
