Despite all the delays and doubts regarding Lucky 7 and his business, I am a happy customer. I placed several orders during the "Sales", have received a few of them, and am still waiting for others.

I titled this post "Vote of Confidence" as I just placed another order, ORDER #1963. With the quality of the juice I have received and the prices as still posted on the website, I don't need to wait for another SALE. Heck they are still on sale when compared to everywhere else without getting in to DIY.

Sooner, don't know you, but I believe your intentions are good. And as a former business owner of a start-up business I know the issues can be daunting indeed. Hang in there and best of luck in your endeavor.

I can accept logic and having received your off-forum message I am confident you would not make this statement without complete confidence.

What the heck.. The price is certainly an exceptional savings over my local guys. Realizing each company has their own variation of each 'flavor' and not being in a rush, I'll give it a go as well. Four tobacco 'flavors' - heck even two of each, so EIGHT bottles and shipping is equivalent to THREE 10ml bottles here locally. I can live with and I sure can wait a month (or longer if fate so goes that way) at the rate I am going I'll be OK. I don't foresee "failure", but should that happen, I can pour it down the drain just as the family members (thankfully NOT the ones who reside under my roof) who will be finger-pointing as they so often do when I am not up to their ever-so high standards! It's no worse than burning up the bucks on a few packs of smokes!

Good logic and I enter with eyes wide open and shall not be complaining about a delivery delay I know is inevitable.

Anybody get vape mail from lucky 7 today????

Nada. Picked up 15mL of Chocolate Butter Cream Icing from a local B&M a few days ago. Pretty tasty.

Came back and checked this thread and saw the delays, so now I also ordered 100mL more of Boba's and 30mL of Gorilla Juice because I know there won't be delays from AVE.

Glad Sooner has decided to post more frequently, and looking forward to see how many orders they can kick out by next week.

i have an order in and the number is the high 1800`s so i know it will be a while but i don`t mind at all. i have plenty of juice stockpiled to hold me over. i just hope the quality is the same as it started out. i ordered because of the great reviews i read and hope what i receive is as good.

Unfortunately, I don't think their quality (consistency) at this point in time CAN be the same as when they started. When they started they were a three person operation leisurely filling orders. They have been slammed with orders and are working in a frenzy trying to catch up, and have recently more than doubled their workforce (and god only knows the experience of their new hires).

It's my assumption (and hope) that as the pace slows down, and the "new mixers" gain experience, the quality of juice mixes gets better (more consistent) .... and by weathering this "poop storm" flurry of activity, the quality of customer service gets 100% better.

I think even the most disgruntled among us has to agree that this last month, and the near future, has been a real trial by fire for Lucky 7.

As far as I know, they only have 3 people who mix, the owner doesn't want to risk safety or quality to a new guy. I think it was somewhere in this thread, but I can't seem to find it.

I must have missed that one .... I just remember a post from Soonerfan saying he hired like 4 or 5 new employees, and I just made the assumption everyone was getting elbow deep in juice trying to catch up.

I was all set to take a chance and an order and accept the wait Then figured I would weight it 24 hours and red the Facebook updates. On order 964 give or take and the wolves pounding on the door. Thought better of it for now. When all the waters calm I'll still need juice. Some of those people tell of waiting six weeks and it looks like I would be 1000 orders from being filled. I'm OK for now. Maybe when I am more experienced.

I see along time seller MsT's Bakery was tossed from the forum for some sort of violation and not filling orders. Hope it doesn't go that far on a new company. That MsT had been here for years from all I read. It looks like the lower priced ones get too many orders and the gates open for problems. Anyways...... enough of me. I'm spending too much time on these issues anyway. Good lucky to all.

and yes I do realize that my order is not the only one or the most important and I know if you get 1k orders you have 1k ppl e-mailing ect wondering where their juice is.....but given the fact that they had so many orders and issues getting them out I think it might have been worth hiring some one to just handle the inquiries.....again just my opinion

I think that was the prudent decision ... it's not like if you don't order now it will take longer to get your juice. If you hold off until people start getting shipments in then we all can have more confidence that everything is on the up and up and start submitting follow up orders.
