14500 e-power switches

Anyone know if the switches sent with the 14500 e-power are the first or second version ? I understand the first version had reliability problems mostly with lr stuff that was corrected in the second version. All I use is LR stuff and I really want to get one the 14500 kits but not if the switch is gonna give out within a week.

The 14500 switches are the same as for the 14650's (only diff between both spare kits is the inner spring in the tube). We specifically asked them to make us a 14500 tube but the swticthes are well past the first generation...

I knew the 14500 and 14650 were essentially the same. So just to be clear these are the new switches with the hard plastic button instead of the soft rubber one ?
