I honestly don't know. We've been taking care of her house, feeding her, doing thousands of dollars in labor for FREE. It's probably because we keep to ourselves and our world doesn't revolve around her.

I would definitely have a sheriff handy....eviction laws in Missouri state that no landlord may evict the tenant without a court order that includes turning off the utilities locking the doors changing the locks or removing your belongings

Yep, we'll have a sheriff here the whole time we're moving, as well as one of us staying at the house while the others take loads to storage - that way we can get back in.
