How exactly do you get 1+ ohm builds to do that? None of the YouTube videos I've watched really explain it well.

Invaper Zim
It's all about a combination of factors, including wire size, available air flow, and heatflux numbers. Essentially, to build a higher ohm coil that puts out big vapor, you want A) a tank or rda with good open air flow B) use a larger diameter wire (I am using 26 gauge). I am running a single vertical 8 wrap (don't remember the ID I used, but it is pretty large) of 26 gauge in a TFV4 mini....which gives a TON of surface area, and enough metal to handle 40 watts no problem......nets lots of vapor, and a cooler vapor then most sub ohm builds.

Take it apart and clean it with hot water and dish soap. Dry it all good, clean all the threads.

Just a tiny bit of noalox goes along way. Put it on the threads of the button.
Right on, I'll pick some up.
I started vaping in January on blu's, by the middle of February I was using a Halo Triton, in March I was on an iStick and Nautilus, and by the end of March/beginning of April I was subohming.
I started in June with a Blow One kit, upgraded in July to a Kanger Genitank Mini. After that I got my first mod, iStick TC40W and then upped from there to iStick 100w and Atlantis V1. November was when I got into RDAs, this is all 2015.
lol, I live right next to Hesperia :p
Know any Hallorans?

I'll give it a shot when I upgrade my RDA, I don't want to drill more air holes into my Tobh.

most RDA's will provide ample air flow for a build like I am running.
on the Tobh, you could try a dual 10 wrap coils, at 2.5-3mm ID

note: a build like that only really works well on a regulated device...output on a mech would be puny :p
Sub Ohming came about before we had these high powered regulated devices were around.....and in order to increase output on the mechs, you HAD to build lower ohm to increase wattage output.......why people didn't realize that all of that changed with regulated devices, I will never know.

Right on, I'll give it a shot. I planned on building tonight but even Subway Surfers is kicking my .... - probably doesn't help blowing clouds at the screen lol.
i went from a ego t to a ego one, sub ohmd on it then to a ipv mini with a tobecco clone rda been building ever since
I was against RDAs at first because of having to drip so often, but I love mine now.

I hate working with concrete, unless I got a mixer or some sucker- oops I mean help- to mix the concrete by hand.

Invaper Zim
we tailgated off a truck.....10 yards in a mixer is just too much (I've done it, but no thanks). I had some helpers...but none of them had ever done real concrete work, so the finishing work was all up to me.

The thing that irritates me about that is how d!ckish the guy was. The conversation literally went like this. "Thatchur dog in the truck?" "Yeah, I'm trying to find.." "Get it outta here!" Then ol hillbilly bob (no offense to anyone) slams the door. So much for that Midwestern hospitality we westerners hear about.
But we're not taking any chances, my B-i-L works tonight, so my sister asked him to take her truck (with the fuzzbutts) and I'll go pretty much to turn the truck on every few hours to keep it warm. I'm writing this from the parking lot of P&G in Kansas.

What a total ....... I am so sorry you are having such a hard time this weekend. I seriously hope something comes up tomorrow so they can be safe and warm and you can relax until your check gets there.

I started 4 years ago today with 650 mAh pink eGo setup. It came with 2 batteries and some clear plastic cartos. I am so happy things have progressed as quickly as they have in vaping. Those were some pretty dark times, especially for juice!! :D

The windy plains of South Dakota
Awwww....give the big ones a hug from me! Poor babies!

They both got lots of hugs (and some cookies) when we went out to do chores. Kiara had gone in to the shelter to snuggle with Jasper and they were both dry and warm when they came out.

The thunder lasted for two hours! I kept thinking it was past us, and then there was another huge, window-rattling series of booms. It must have been a big storm. And when the "rain possibly mixed with snow, with little to no accumulation" started, it was hail, small, but a lot of it, followed by a little freezing rain/sleet, then SNOW, and a lot of it. Fortunately, when the snow started, the wind died down to nothing, so it was vertical, but wet and it piled up fast. There's about 2 inches out there right now, which would have been 4 inches if it had been our normal dry stuff. It crunches and pops when you walk on it. I felt like I was back in Portland! LOL!

Not much better then a good BLT IMO :p

Oh, HELLZ YEAH! Bacon makes everything better!

You know what's really good, and everyone will think I'm crazy, but don't knock it 'till you've tried it. A basil sandwich. This is the ONLY time I like to eat store-bought (white) bread. Slather two pieces of soft, mushy commercial white bread with mayo and put a bunch of sweet basil leaves between them. OMG, it's one of the most heavenly things I've ever tasted IN MY LIFE. :) I have some of those every summer, if I remember to plant basil. ;)

and cody is correct we have gotten side tracked, its not about how low, but the individual thats sub ohming with us, she was a die hard tootle puffer up until about what 6 months ago right guys

Don't forget me! (Raises hand, jumps up and down) I was also an avowed Tootle Puffer, but John was evil and led me over to the Dark Side. ;) Now I'm a proud Modwomper. :D
