They have VCC here in Tampa that's free to get in, but it's too far of a drive for me to talk hubby into going, lol.
Same here. Free concert in rancho mirage tomorrow, Foghat, but it's probably gonna be so packed we wouldn't be able to enjoy it with D. We would love to take him, he doesn't do big crowds well. He gets too excited and it makes me cuss a lotBoo
I'm so jealous of Cody!!! The had a big one in Texas last year, but it was in Dallas...that was almost a 5 hour drive.

Foghat??? For FREE??? (They must be getting old, huh?) I remember once, driving up Palatine Hill Road in Lake Oswego, twisty, winding, STEEP road, in my '71 'Cuda with a sheared motor mount at about 5 mph so the freaking engine wouldn't torque up and hit the underside of my hood, with a girlfriend of mine, and Slow Ride came on the radio! ROFL! We cranked it up loud and sang with it and just enjoyed our "slow ride!" How appropriate, huh?
Oh, and of course it was the middle of the night, so there was NO ONE on that road that could have helped or given us a ride. So we inched our way up. I was so young and carefree back then. Sheet, if that happened to me today, I'd totally wig out and have a nervous breakdown right there on the side of the road! LOL!
I'm working on constructing a custom pop filter for my headset mic, all the ones I've seen have been that big weird circle that's not gonna work for a headset when your doing reviews and stuff. So I'm taking that idea, and basically bending it into a cage form, that looks more like those foam *shudders* mic covers but has the proper spacing for it to function... gonna be tricky.
