agreed, I have ordered tons from MV and never had an issue.

When Madvapes is out of stock with something I want, I begin searching for other vendors that have what I need. Every click, every google search and every key stroke makes me feel like I'm doing something innately immoral. Like Madvapes is looking down from on high and passing judgment on me. When I realize this, I immediately repent by buying something from them.
But seriously, I've closed most of my accounts with other vendors. Madvapes has everything I need, with great prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. Most of the vendors I've dealt with in the past usually have only one or two of those qualities. I guess my only complaint would be stock... I want my 510 Sit and Go!!

i have ordered 4 times. one time i got someone elses order and called mark, he fixed it and had my order out to me in 3 days. I usually get my orders within 3 days. I think madvapes is a great company and thats why i keep going back. forget the people who are talkin ....
Mad Vapes has taken care of me since I started vaping and from what I read on the forum it's too bad some of the others didn't treat their customers. There are other great vendors out there but for me, I'll always trust MadVapes.

MadVapes is totally awesome. Mark will not settle for a screwed up order and will have you fixed then some. Last week I got the wrong batteries and a few nissing items. The missing items were small and to many venders uot to inportant. He allowed me to keep the batteries that were wrong and fixed my order then some. Who else does that. I was ready to rag the man and he settled things up front by telling me he would make things right. He Did. Thank you mark. It's hard to find a business man today who still believes the coustomer is right and does all he can do for the coustomes. My only proublem I have with this company is invotory is out of stock too often. But I'll wait. Eddie
Dealt with many, parted with most, but settled with Mark. These are a bunch of "good ole boys" that value their customers and go way over board to earn the return business.

I've only ordered twice from MadVapes, but quick service so far. The only omission from an order was I ordered an LED that said it would come with a resistor. No biggie, I've got resistors. The only drawback I have found so far is they have really cool stuff that's out of stock.
lol, like i posted before, i love madvapes too. but how come everyone talks about these extras madvapes always throws in, i never get none, lol
Justin - you're not alone - I've had 5 orders from them and also have never received anything free - but I am NOT complaining as I love their prices, products, and service.
by far im not complaining, just jealous, lol. i like all of there hardware, but i have only tried there menthol juice and hated it. i like the vicks feeliing menthol juices and i hate when i order menthols from vendors and they taste weird. I am so glad that madvapes has parts to build mods, thats my ffav part about them. I love to build mods, and give them to my friends to help them kick cigarettes. the only thing is that i wish i lived next door to them because i always need like 1 or two parts and that means i would have to pay more for shipping than the part or i order more than i needed MaDvAPES HAS AWESOME AWESOME SHIPPING THOUGH.
