I just tried this and I still couldn't get a full 16 seconds in with short shallow draws, exhaling through my nose. Seems like I had a coordination issue with sucking and blowing vape out my nose at the same time.

It's funny how many different ways there are to vape. I usually do three draws, one primer to get the coil hot, another short shallow draw that I exhale through the nose and then a longer deeper hit. I guess you would call the last draw a shallow lung hit. Still nothing like I did when I was smoking since those were full deep lung draws.

Now I'm confused... and I smoked for 30 years. I would take a draw off the cig, hold it in my mouth, inhale to my lungs, exhale. I vape exactly the same way. Is that a lung hit or a puffer? Is it deep or shallow? Seriously, I never thought about how I or anyone else smoked.

What a lung hit would mean is breathing a deep breath , like they might ask you to do at the Doctors office if they're checking your breathing , and while you do that you're inhaling your vape.

It's pretty much the only way you can 'cloud chase' with huge air holes etc.
