I have a Spinner 1300mAh, and can confirm it's a 8 second cutoff. Way too short!! Pisses me off how reviewers overlook this, not report it in a review. I love the feel and the vape, but hate it for the cutoff.

I knew it was 8, my ego cuts at 10, so I knew it, just didn't realize how big of a difference 2 seconds can make. It's almost the same crappy feeling when the old "starter auto batts" kicked off before I could even get a hit. The only thing I can tell you that makes a difference is lower resistance and I also kicked more PG into my fluids. Helps a little. The other thing I have done is my liquids that I like that kick off, I use my Joye with the 10 second cutoff. Some fluids are fine at 8, never max out, but some aren't. I'm lucky that my back up is a pass through upgrade C that I can kick the voltage up on, even though its unregulated, as long as it is hooked up, the voltage stay up because I never deplete the chrge. Next battery will not be a spinner.

I just received my first 'spinner 1300' last week & I haven't even noticed the 8 second cutoff...must be I take a shorter drag. So far, so good & I do like it much better (so far) than my 'twist'. The twist never seemed to hold a charge very long & that was in rotation with 2 others at the same time. Just MHO......

Honestly I feel the 8 second cut-off is a non-issue. Simply re-click at the 6 or 7 second mark...

Never had an issue, guess I'm just use to it.

just not a fan of trying to time it, or counting, just to get the vape. I could of double hit the old tiny auto batts too when I started with the minis, but that tended to be a bummer too. I just wouldn't buy one again is all. going to invest in an E-Vic.
