My provari is a rock and finally I can stop obsessing over getting one wondering about it. PHEW.

But on a 2.0ohm carto at 4-4.4 volts the button can be a little picky. I'll be holding it down while taking a long pull and it'll shut off for a second or two. Is it sensing a short? If I really jam on the button it doesn't seem to happen but I could be wrong. I've only used the ego twists before this so that's the button I'm used to.

Am I crazy or does the brief shut off happen to anyone else?

its the button. it needs to be held firmly and is just in the design, there is no clicky mechanical action inside it is purely electronic and will lose contact with sleepy fingers lol. while the action may seem flawed the button is based on military design rules and has a million+ press rating.

the only time this happens to me is nearing bed time when im not paying attention to the way i press the button in, but most other times i trained myself to make sure i give it a solid push and hold it there.
