Aspire has some decent 16s (and such). I'm guessing you're in Texas?
If you're in Europe, one of my absolute favorites can only be purchased over there (at least that I've been able to find). Excellent airflow and coils last a long time. No changeable drip tips, but I'm fine with the one that's there.
Aspire K1 Plus Tank (16mm, original BVC coils - NOT nautilus)
They have some US variations that are okay, but I prefer the K1 Plus.
Aspire K3 Tank (18mm, Nautilus BVC coils)
Aspire K2 Tank (15mm, original BVC coils - NOT Nautilus)
Aspire Nautilus Nano (19mm, Nautilus BVC coils - very good performance)
All are for Aspire blister-pack coils. One of two options (BVC or Nauti BVC) - not RTA.
