ok yeah, i edited my other post after I noticed those... guess it would be good to post a link to them to get them removed as well. Here they are if anyone wants to flag these as well:

YouTube - E cig 1 day left

YouTube - E-cigs no.7

Could use a few more "Flagged for removal" 2 vids sill up this morn.

Adrena.. you are right.. it worked for the one.. I don't see why it won't for the others

Note: other quotes are to link his channel and the other two vids...

The videos are still up. I flagged the videos as well, and left comments.
I also wrote the company informing them of the video and that a 16 year old had purchased their products.

Company: E Cigarettes Choice
www. ecigaretteschoice .com
He also has a link to Bamboosk8 - a skateboarding company.

Do you think I should write the skateboard company informing them that they are linked with a kid involed with illegal activity? Maybe they could put a disclaimer on their site as well?

Unfortunately the only thing you can prove by the video is that a 16 year old is using their product. Sure the videos need to come down, but being angry at the company is counterproductive at best.

I Flagged this kids vids, But, I have a few questions, At this point I was under the assumption that it wasn't technically Illegal for anyone under 18 to use PV's as their status has not yet been determined? While I'm well aware of the current FDA's attempts, etc and fully support the 18 - 21+ use only. I thought it was Vendors that where self enforcing a age limit to show good responsibility on the part of the e-cig Community?

This is true - but you could say the same about a lot of material. Things have to be kept separately, in the right place, or it is impossible to find anything. But there is nothing to stop you posting in GD and drawing attention to this thread.

@cshipman
Technically, ecigs are now officially a tobacco product (three court decisions say so), therefore all tobacco laws in theory apply. Under-age use in public presents a poor impression, and also this is one of the things the pharma shills use as a reason why ecigs should be banned.

Of course, we know this is complete rubbish - but propaganda is highly, highly successful. How many times have you heard "E-cigs? No thanks, they've got antifreeze in." Nothing succeeds like propaganda, it's one of the most powerful weapons in any kind of war.

Folks, we all know where this is heading. As soon as the federal government finds a way to make money on ecigs, they will. And we'll pay extremely high prices, for inferior crap made by a handful of companies who can afford the startup costs. or, more likely, the regulations will price out any american wanting to manufacture juice or ecigs and will be stuck entirely with the Chinese stuff, taxed to the hilt, of course.

I don't think the FDA will ban ecigs for any long period of time. They will, however, scare up enough information to justify they're cut of the profits.

If it sounds like I'm on some sort of political rant, that's because I am. And my point is that it's not a matter of just ecigs. It's a matter of an overreaching, debt ridden federal government creating ways to take your money. My point being, you're fighting the wrong fight.
