I know this is a hard question to ask but before I order a provari mini could anyone give me approx hours that 1 18350 battery would last
i only really need a roundabout time frame I am a heavy vapor and would be using a nautlius mini with the 1.8 ohm coil
thanks and i know this wouldnt give right to the minute time frame but just need to know to figure how many extra batterys to last me a work day thank you all

Hi

I use my ProVaris almost exclusively in mini mode, but how long the battery last can be tricky. I chain vape and currently am running an RTA with a 1.3Ω coil. I had one battery left in the device from yesterday and I've switched it 3x in 12 hours (one is still going).

Actually, that seems about right to me. When people ask how long batteries last when vaping, to give a rough estimate I knock 2 off the mAh. For example, a 700mAh battery theoretically would last 7 hours (100 amps = 1 hour), but I say 5 hours. If it lasts longer, Yipee! If not, at least you were prepared.

Why? Get yourself the ext. cap and run your mini with an 18490.... The mini in 18350 mode does not feel as good in the hand as it does with the ext. cap in 18490 mode... The ext. cap has a rounded edge where vs the standard cap's sharp cornered 45 degree edge..

I think how it feels in one's hand depends on who's holding it. :)

You are Right. This is a Hard Question to give an Accurate Answer to.

If I was on Jeopardy, and the Answer was "A 700mAh Battery using a 1.8ohm Coil @ 4.3 volts"

I would say... "What is 4 Hours of Vape Time Alex?"

And then Take Provari Q/A for $300 if I got it Right.

And if the answer was "Vape time"... the question would be "What is a highly subjective value that no vapists can agree upon?" ;-)

I'll chime in - cuz it IS very different for different vapers.
But
a) I too, prefer Mini with 18490 extension as my favorite setup - looks, feel and endurance
b) I think of an 18350 as a "half day battery" but feel safe leaving for a typical workday with a fresh 18490. I don't actually HAVE typical workdays, but you know - anywhere from 6 to 10 hours away from the house, some heavy vape time (driving) and some no-vape time (meeting customers). LOL

Would you Like Provari Q/A for $500?
No thank you Alex... but I will take "killing Kardashians" for $200.

I used to get about 7 hours of "typical" vape time with a 2.5 ohm cartotank with an AW 18350 IMR 700 mah.

With a Kayfun RBA at 1.3 ohm, its about 4 hours vape time. My four battery rotation is getting to be around one and a half years old, so they may need to be replaced soon.

I've been using my KFL/Mini Provari combo in 18350 mode as my out-and-about setup. I also will use it at home along with a RDA/mechanical mod (18650 batteries). I have fairly large hands and I don't mind the short length because it fits much easier in a front pants pocket. I usually carry 3 spare batteries in a plastic battery case in my pocket when out of the house.
