A couple questions about charging 18350 batteries.
1. Is it okay to charge them when they are still from 50-70% total life, or should they be ran out of life and then charged.
2. My charger had a red light for a few minutes and now it's a yellowish orange color. The instruction manual only mentions red when charging and green when ready. Is this normal with this charger?
